How long do your custom cookies stay good for?
Cookies are heat sealed to provide optimum freshness and will last in packaging for up to three weeks, or 3 months if stored in the freezer!
Do you do cookie prints?
Not currently
Can you do a specific theme or design?
Of course! Please send me an inquiry so we can begin discussions and you can show me what you would like for your event.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Please give at least two weeks notice for new orders. If you need an order rushed please email me and we will work together to see what we can do!
Do you offer refunds?
Once a payment has been received or a deposit I cannot offer a refund. Under special circumstances a payment can be refunded if cookies have not been started. Please contact me and I will see what can be done!
Do you deliver?
Depending on time, date, and location delivery may be available for a fee.
Do you have a storefront?
At this time Fancy Frosting Cookie Company is solely a home based bakery.
What are your qualifications?
Fancy Frosting Cookie Company is an LLC and compliant with Colorado Cottage Food Laws!
