Hi there! My name is Ashley Grubb, and it’s so nice to meet you!

I am a stay at home mama to two wonderful babies and now a part time baker. I am a Colorado native who grew up in Arvada. My husband and I relocated to Colorado Springs in early 2018 to build our life and start a family.

My love for baking comes from my love of sweets. I have the biggest sweet tooth and so I have always loved making my family desserts and exploring new types of baking and decorating. My love for what I do soared when I had my first baby in 2020, decorating cakes and cookies for them is one of my favorite things to do. It is also my biggest stress reliever with two under 4 running around. Over the past year I began to take my baking more seriously and try new techniques and tweaking recipes to get the perfect cookie. After some thought and high praise from friends and family, I decided to pursue a dream and start Fancy Frosting Cookie Company. I so look forward to making your event perfect and special!
